With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the real estate appraisal industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Irvine Appraising Company. Based in Salt Lake City, I specialize in providing accurate and comprehensive appraisals across Utah, with a deep understanding of the local market in Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah counties. As a licensed and FHA-approved appraiser, my work adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), ensuring accuracy and compliance in every appraisal I conduct.

At Irvine Appraising Company, which I co-own and manage, I am committed to delivering high-quality service for a wide range of appraisal needs. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Utah, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in market analysis and valuation techniques. Additionally, I have trained appraisal apprentices, served as a review appraiser for prominent lenders, and completed extensive coursework covering everything from residential property construction and manufactured housing to appraising unique and high-value properties.

My commitment to ongoing education ensures I stay current with the latest industry standards and technologies, including expertise in software like Wintotal, Apex, and QuickBooks, as well as proficiency with the ANSI-Z796-2021 measurement standards.
